Modem won't come online.

1. Check signal level at pedestal; signal on any HD channel should be -7 or more.

2. Make sure customer is hooked to the Internet port on the pedestal or the signal will be blocked.

3. Make sure modem is not running through a port on the outside of the RV as this could block a clear signal.
